Self Control to control of mind and desirelessness MEDITATION IS ENTIRELY MENTAL PROCESS

Self Control to control of mind and desirelessness MEDITATION IS ENTIRELY MENTAL PROCESS
EXCERPTS FROM SARDAR BAHADUR JAGAT SINGH MAHARAJS
Letter to seekers and disciples 1948 – 1951

66. Regarding using one’s will power to curb one’s desire, there are two ways of killing desire and attending desireless: ONE that is generally followed by common folk is to fulfill the desire and get situated. THE OTHER is to create in the Mind indifference to desire by means of Reasoning and self control. Self control would require an effort of one’s will power. The mind is like a restive colt and loves to go where it is forbidden to go. Like a colt, if should be restrained by degrees and not all at once; otherwise it will breaks the restraining chains and fly in the prohibited direction with force.

The master said that one should give up all animal food and alcoholic drink before one is fit to tread the Path which leads to control of mind and desirelessness.

67. You should not think of breathing or paying any heed to it while you are doing SIMRAM, just as you do not think of breathing when you are reading a book. Breathing goes on automatically and requires no attention.

68. A part from the question of taking life egg whether fertile or infertile are exciting food, and for personal who engage in spiritual work, non exciting food is necessary.

69. When you have been able to vacate the body, the disturbing element would be remove and you will be able to get full advantage from sound current, the test of complete concentration is that you should have no consciousness of the body and should be super conscious within.

There is this Important difference: in dream we are the THROAT CENTER, but in Brajan we vacate the body by concentration at the eye center, Love, faith and perseverance is to key to success.

70. As you Know, MEDITATION IS ENTIRELY MENTAL PROCESS, AND POSTURES IN TRADIIONAL YOGA POSITIONS are only aids and not absolutely necessary prerequisites. If bodily infirmity or weakness constantly draws the attention to the lower limbs, it is decidedly better to adopt an easier position and to keep the attention concentrated at the eye center.

71. As your mind learns to remain concentrated at the eye center, this vision may be had at will. However you should not stop here but go on still further so that you may always swim in his love and peace.

Highest Spiritual Stage of Souls Miracle | Boundary of Brahm

Highest Spiritual Stage of Souls Mirachle | Boundary of Brahm
EXCERPTS FROM SARDAR BAHADUR JAGAT SINGH MAHARAJS
Letter to seekers and disciples 1948 – 1951

12. He pays attention only to the things which are necessary and reject the others. Then come a stage in his progress when he has contacted Nam within, and he enjoys the delights. In comparison with that, the worldly pleasure are uninteresting and meaningless and have no appeal for him. He uses the world but is not attracted by it.

13. Many religions take Brahm as the highest SPIRITUAL REGION and the creator of all. Their is quiry is incomplete and limited. BRAHM is not the maker of all creation. His creation and rulership extend to the SECOND STAGE ONLY, and herein also he can neither create nor destroy souls. All that he does it to keep the soul confined within his domain by putting them in Physical, astral and mental bodies, frames or cage. He thereby makes them forget their origin or home, which is in the FIFTH STAGE. Transmigration according to the law of karma is the system of his government Birth and decay, and the dualism of good and evil pleasure and pain are the order of his domain.

Through the agency of revealed books prophets and incarnations he makes himself known as the HIGHEST SPIRITUAL STAGE of development and the maker of all creation, and his law as infallible.

To compound people and to entangle them in the karmic complications, nothing beats meat eating and the use of intoxicants particularly alcohol, and nothing appeals to people faster than a show of MIRACLE. The lower the stage of the prophet, the greater the freedom allowed in the use of this things.

The work of saint is to free the SOULS, which their spiritual home of Eternal Bliss. The saints positively prohibit the use of meat and liquor, and they also discourage the performance of MIRACLE, as the is against the law of Nature, these three acts are strong barriers par excellence, which stand in the way of crossing the BOUNDARY OF BRAHM.

The Wonderful House in Which We Live

THE WONDERFUL HOUSE IN WHICH WE LIVE

Hindu sages refer to this body of ours “house with nine doors” sometimes it is referred to as a house of ten gates. Nine gates open outward through which our energies are dissipated. The tent gate open the way to the palaced of the Lord within. The nine doors comprise our two eyes, two ears, two nostrils, the mouth and the two lower outlests. The tenth is in the center. Behind the two eyes. It is called tisra till. Shiv nectar of THIRD EYES. The Mohammedan Saints call it Nukta – I - Swaida.

The study of the inner structure of this housewill reveal that it contains tweve stories, which can be devided into two parts. The part below the ye is called “PINDA”. It contains six chakras and extend up to the eye, we have “ANDA” and “BRAHMANDA” as well as the higher region which make up the second part.
Yogis enter the body from the lowest chakra called the MUL ADHAR, and stop at the eye center which they consider the last and the highest region.
The saints teach us to start from the EYE CENTER which is the headquarters of the mind and the soul in the walking state, the saints show us how to rise from the point up to the Sat Lok the fifth region above eyes. They save their disciples the drudgery of going down and then treading the tedious, long, dreary and perilous mas of the khat chakras kanwal center or Plexuses.
1.     The FIRST CHAKRA,  called MUL ADHAR is at the rectum. Its Lord of ruling deity is Ganesh, the God with the elephant head he is the Lor of all RIDHIS and SIDHIS.  Those desirous of attaining this stage concentrate their attention at the center and repeat “Kilyang, Kilyang” ten million times, on reaching this stage the practitioner become the master of many Sidhi Shaktis (miraculous and super natural power). This will power become so strong that if he orders a fast running train to stop it cannot move an inch further. This center has four petals. Its color is reddish. Prithvi (earth) is the dominant element (tattwa) here. It is the reflection of the FOUR PETTALED lotus behind the eye center in the upper part. It is teh subject to change and dissolution at the time of our death, when the current of our death, begin to widhdraw from the body, this is the first center to be affected. When the soul leaves the eye center, we are dead to word but fully conscious with. Our ideal is to attain eternal liberation to be one with the Immortal, everlasting Lord of Lords, who is wihhout beginning and without beggining and without end and whose abode neither PRALAYA nor maha pralaya can reach.
2.     The Swad Asthan Chakra is the genital center. This lotus six petals. Its colors is whitish black, water is the chief tattwa her and “onkar” is the word. Brahma (This should not be confused with Brahm, the presiding deity at Trikuti. Which is the SPIRITUAL REGION and is in Brahmand, avove the eye center) and Savitri are the rulling deities of this center their function is to mould physical bodies for the material world, in the same manner as potter moulds eathenware. This chakra is the reflection of the six pettaled lotus in ANDA.
3.     The Mani Purak is the third chakra and it is located at the navel ganglion. This kanwal or lotus has eight petals. Vishnu and Lakshimi are the presiding deities. They are the nourishers and look after the maintenance of the body. Fire is the active tattwa and its color is light red. “Hiryang” is the recitation of this place.
4.     The Hirday Chakra, the fourth center has, twelve petal and located at the heart center. It is the store house of the “Pranas”, the vital energy. In the breath shiva resides here with his consort, Parbati. Their duty is the dissolution of life. Air is the rulling tattwa her and blue is the color of this center. The recitation at this place is “Sohung”.
5.     The Kanth Chakra, which is a sexteen pettaled lotus is the fifth center and is located at the throat. The presiding deity is Ashtangi(the goddess with eight arms) the mother of the three lower gods, Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva, who derive their power from her. She is known by many other name such as Shakti, Durga etc. Darkish Blue is the color here and Akash (ether) is the tattwa “Shiriyang” is the name repeated at the center.
6.     Do Dal Kanwal (two petalled lotus) is the sixth center, between the two eyes. It is called “Shiv Netar”. “Tisra Til” or “Third Eye”. This is headquarters of our soul and mind during the walking state. From this point the current of the soul have come down and spread throughout. Our whole body in every cell and hair. This is as far as the Khat Chakras, can take the soul. Pranayam cannot take one beyond this stage for the reason that the “Pranas” the energies in the breath which form the vehicle use for ascent merge in the Chita Kash(sky within at this stage)

Near  the sacral plexus and associated with the funtion of reproduction is the “NADI” the royal vien called “KUNDALINI”, which lies COILED LIKE A SERPENT. This is the root of all nadis, from, it twenty – four smaller nadis spring forth, which support the body. Out of these ten carry the pranas to different parts of the body. Among these Ida, Pingla and Sushmana are the major radis, which control the breath they reach only as far as the shiv Netar, the tisra til, near the eye. Thr progress of those who follow Pranayam (the practice of rhythmic breathing), stop place their origin no pwer can carry one further that its origin from here some realize their limitation and take the help of the three canals or streams of the gunas and manage to reach sanans dal kanwal. This is the first chakra of brahmand, whence the way of the saints begins.
