Dhoti is asmall amount of piece of cloth, about 4” wide and the length is according to the capacity of the practitioner, which the yogis swallow and pull outthrough the mounth for cleansing the stomach. 

Neti – is the cleansing of the humors by means of passing a waxed thread through the nostrils and bringing it out through the mount. 

Vasti – is a sort of enema, but the water is drown up throu the rectum by, means of muscle control, while the practitioner sits in water.

Padam Asan – is a setting posture, cross legged upon the ground

Kumbhak – is holding the breath in the lungs

Rechak – is slowly exhaling it.
